Frequently asked questions

Answers to common questions about buying, shipping, warranty and using Swiss Plus products.

How do I buy from the Swiss Plus website?

Pick your product in the store, add it to the cart, then complete the delivery details and payment method at checkout. Once the order is placed, a tracking code is sent to you.

Do I need an account to place an order?

An account is recommended so you can review your purchase history, delivery status and warranty details at any time.

How can I check whether a product is in stock?

Availability is shown on every product card. In the store you can also use the "in stock only" filter to see just the items ready to ship.

Can I cancel or change an order?

You can cancel or edit an order through support until it ships. Once it has been handed to the carrier, changes go through the returns process instead.

How are shipping cost and time calculated?

Both are calculated from the destination, weight and dimensions of the item, and shown at checkout. Orders placed on business days usually ship within one to three working days.

How do I track my delivery?

A tracking code is sent by SMS once the order ships, and it is also listed under the orders section of your account.

What should I check when the order arrives?

Before accepting the parcel, check that the packaging is intact, the model and quantity are correct, and the warranty card is included. Report any visible damage to the courier on the spot.

How long is the Swiss Plus warranty?

Swiss Plus products come with 24 months of after-sales service. The exact term for each model is printed on the warranty card in the box.

How do I verify a warranty?

Enter the device serial number and the code on the warranty card in the support section to see its status and expiry date.

What documents do I need for after-sales service?

The warranty card and the purchase invoice are enough. For online purchases, the order code can replace the paper invoice.

Where can I find the manual and specifications?

The manual and technical specifications of each device are available on its product page and in the catalog section of the site.

What should I do if a product does not work properly?

First check the troubleshooting notes in the manual. If the issue remains, contact support so the device can be referred to your nearest authorized service center.
